8th Session of Senam Hamil

Sabtu kemarin, 27 Juni 2009, ikutan kelas senam hamil lagi…Rencananya ini session terakhir, bener2 niat bgt dateng soalnya pengen nntn video melahirkan secara normal…Nelfonin taxi tp ngakunya pada ga bs semua (hmm, kyknya mah gara2 deket doang, jdnya pd males…huh!)…Akhirnya, setelah dpt ijin dr Mami and berdoa, akyu bawa mobil deh ke Klinik Panacea…

7th Session of Senam Hamil

Seperti biasa…hari Sabtu pagi dimulai dgn senam hamil di Klinik Panacea…kmrn, 20 Juni 2009 jg sama…Jam 8 lwt 15 nyampe deh…ternyata dah ada 5 bumils…rame!
Cek tensi, 120/86…rada naik niy kt Dr. Damer, tp ini mah biasa klo udah dkt2 melahirkan…frekuensi denyut jantung Dede normal…

Dede 37 weeks

Hari Jumat kmrn, 19 Juni 2009, konsultasi mingguan lg ma Dr. Bisma, brg Unyie n si Dede dlm peyut…Giling dah, perasaan dah pagi2 dr rumah, eh nyampe RSPB pas daftar dah no 28 aja gitu….hiks!Ya suw lah, jlnin aja…

6th Session of Senam Hamil

On Sat, 13 June 2009, I joined senam hamil class at Klinik Panacea…Senangnya bs join kelas lagi, setelah mgg kmrn absen gara2 kos di RSPB

Dede 35 weeks

Last week, on Fri, 12 June 2009, Unyie and I (and Lovely Dede for sure) went to see Dr. Bisma for bi-weekly pregnancy  consultation…Saking semangatnya pengen ngintip Dede, kita berangkat extra pagi…akhirnya dpt no antrian 2…yipppiieee!!!

Thanks GOD it’s over…

This morning I woke up, feeling so much better…have breakfast and morning check on my condition: blood pressure, pulse, body temperature…all normal. Dede condition was monitored also using CTG machine. The contraction reduced a lot compared to yesterday…so relieved!

5th Session of Senam Hamil

Seperti biasa, activity tiap Sabtu pagi adalah senam hamil bersama para bumils Balikpapan di Klinik Panacea
Sabtu kmrn, 30 Mei 2009, I joined session senam hamil ke-5. Lumayan rame yg dtg, ada 7 bumils yg dah ndut2 n chubby2…hehehe….
